Product Quality Manager

Full time/indefinite term

Responsibilities include:

Main responsibilities

  • Liaise with customers to manage non-conformities in work-in-progress and finished products.
  • Coordinate quality control activities during acceptance, processing and on finished products.
  • Train operators on the quality criteria required by the customer.
  • Manage internal and supplier non-conformities, including cause analysis and 8D report writing.
  • Oversee supplier quality during production phases.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement at all levels.
  • Process and monitor production-related quality data and KPIs.
  • Conduct internal and supplier audits in accordance with IATF 16949 and VDA standards.
  • Collaborate on the drafting and updating of project-related process documentation.
  • Coordinate statistical control activities on production.

Requirements

  • Degree in mechanical engineering, management engineering or similar, or industrial technician diploma (mechanical or chemical).
  • Previous experience in similar roles in production environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive standards, in particular IATF 16949:2016.
  • Qualification as a first and second party auditor according to IATF 16949.
    Skills in metrology and applied statistics.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
    Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office.

  • Aptitude for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Good organisational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred title:

  • First and second party auditor qualification in accordance with IATF 16949:2016 standards.
  • Certification as a process auditor according to VDA 6.3 (not mandatory).

    Maintenance Technician

    Responsibilities include:

    We are looking for a highly motivated and competent maintenance technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of company equipment and facilities. It must have skills
    sound techniques, be able to diagnose and solve mechanical and electrical problems and have a good knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment. If you are a dynamic, results-oriented professional with an excellent ability
    of problem-solving, this could be an exciting opportunity for you.

    Responsibility:

    Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment according to the established schedule.
    Carry out timely repairs and corrective interventions on mechanical and electrical failures.
    Carry out precise diagnosis of problems and identification of appropriate solutions.
    Collaborate with other departments to ensure that operations are not disrupted due to technical issues.
    Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities performed and materials used.
    Adhere to workplace safety standards and report any hazardous situations or safety issues.

    Requirements:

    Previous experience in industrial maintenance preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    In-depth knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
    Ability to use diagnostic equipment and tools.
    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
    Attention to detail and precision in work.
    Available to work shifts and in emergency situations.
